E11 is located on the second floor of the modern east wing of The Abbey. Access is via a secure shared entrance leading to stairs and a lift. The office benefits from lots of natural light and open space. Parking is adjacent to the office as is the Cafe and Conference suites.
The Abbey Manor Business Centre, Yeovil has a wide range of office space from two people through to a 40-person office and everything in between. We offer our offices on a flexible all-inclusive rental basis for a term of months or years, whatever suits you best. Our standard licence agreement includes all of the following in the rent :

We can provide direct-dial (DDI) telephone numbers and voicemail boxes if required, or you can have your calls answered by the Centre reception in your company name - the choice is yours.
We can also provide superfast broadband Internet access via wired (Ethernet) or wireless (WiFi) connections; this includes triple backup connectivity, using two central wired connections provided by different Internet service providers, and a wireless 3G connection as the tertiary backup. Our normal broadband speeds are around 35Mbps for downloads and 10Mbps for uploads.
There is also a range of other facilities available to our tenants, including meeting and conference facilities and the communal café@ and their excellent catering offer. A3 colour photocopiers, fax and courier services are also available.
